基于ANSYS的电梯模拟载荷仪机构设计与分析

Design and Analysis of Elevator Analog Load Meter Institution Based on ANSYS

针对目前电梯超载功能的检测现状,改进电梯超载功能的检验方法,设计了电梯模拟载荷仪。文章主要叙述了电梯模拟载荷仪的设计及分析过程,采用PRO/E建模,导入ANSYS进行机构应力分析,并结合现场实验对该装置的实际受力情况进行验证校核,使其达到实际应用的目的。

In terms of current detection of elevator overloading, we improved inspection methods of elevator overload and designed elevator analog load meter. This paper describes the design and analysis of the elevator analog load meter, modeling using PRO/E and institutional slxess analysis by ANSYS, combined with field experiments to validate check the actual stress of the device to reach the practical application purposes.
