摘要 我国的特种设备安全监管体系主要由监察机构、检验机构、生产企业和使用单位四方构成,目前我国的特种设备安全监管信息管理还未能实现四方数据的共享。通过分析数据传输相关技术,研究企业服务总线(ESB)结构,提出了一个基于ESB的省级特种设备动态监管信息共享体系并对该体系进行了设计同时对实现关键技术进行了研究。 The regulatory system for safety of special equipment in China mainly consists of four parties, i.e. the regulatory institutions, the inspection institutes, the manufacturing entexprises and the users. Currently, data sharing in managing regulatory information on safety of special equipment in China has not been realized between the four parties yet. Through analysis of technologies relating to data transmission and study on stracturc of enterprise service bus, this paper puts forward a dynamic regulatory information sharing system for special equipment of provincial level based on ESB, proposes designs of the system and carries out research on how to realize the key technologies.
