日晒对消防服用芳纶机织物表面性能的影响

摘要 在自制氙灯耐气候老化试验箱的基础上,选取消防服织物国产芳纶机织物为研究对象,研究不同辐照度、辐照时间对其表面性能的影响.研究结果表明:随着辐照度的增加和辐照时间的延长,织物的色差呈现增大趋势,但呈现不同的变化阶段.在15 min内,辐照度由5.42 kW/m2提高38%时,色差变化率的均值为222.5%.随着辐照度的增加,辐照时间的延长,芳纶机织物的表面抗湿性能下降了1级,在15 min内,辐照度提高38%,芳纶机织物的吸水量变化率均值为218.6%.从SEM图可知,日晒后,纤维表面出现碎片,碎片逐渐脱落形成凹槽,具有刻蚀现象. Based on designed xenon weathering proof box,the m-aramid fiber fabric was selected to study the influence of different radiant flux densities and time on its performances.The results indicated that the value of chromatism increased with the increment of radiant flux density and time,but the processes of the rise were different.During the time of 15 minutes,with the 38% rise of radiant flux density from 5.42 kW/m2,the average rate of change of chromatism of m-aramid fabric grew by 222.5%.With the increment of radiant flux density and time,the resistance to surface wetting performance declined by one level.During the time of 15 minutes,with the 38% rise of radiant flux density,the amount of moisture pickup of m-aramid fabric grew by 218.6%.From the SEM,it was concluded that some fragments appeared on fiber surface after solation,then the fragments sloughed off and became flute with mechanical erosion.
