This paper introduces ERP and OA system integration technology. Through the ERP and OA data integration, the OA system implements automatic extraction of the contract information in the ERP system into theOA, approval and circulation according to the definition of a good business process and the results back to the ERP system, The ERP system implements external circulation in order to avoid duplication of data entry and approval aswell as electronic approval flow so as to strengthen the control and management and improve work efficiency.
