摘要
某6层住宅楼由于附近工程建设使其出现过大倾斜率,致使住户对结构安全性产生怀疑。经过方案优选,决定先钻孔掏土孔纠斜后采用锚杆静压桩进行托换加固。经过质量检测与安全性鉴定表明:目前本工程结构系统符合国家现行标准规范的安全性要求,可以投入正常使用。
A six story residential building had excessive tilt rate due to the construction work nearby,so the household questioned the house security.After optimization,a plan was determined to hole digging hole inclination after the introduction of the anchor rod static pressure pile underpinning reinforcement.The quality of security evaluation and testing showed that:at present the system of engineering structure is consistent with existing national standards and the safety requirements. It can be used normally.
