砂岩代替铁矿石与赤泥搭配做铁质矫正原料的研究

摘要 通过一系列砂岩和赤泥不同比例搭配对比实验,以及对砂岩、铁矿石的物理性能比较,在稳定配料情况下,找出砂岩替代铁矿石与赤泥搭配的最佳方案。经过方案的实施降低了生产成本,减少断料影响质量情况,同时从生料配料上能有效降低R2O等有害成分,减少预分解系统结皮,有利于熟料煅烧及优化熟料安定性。 Through series of comparison experiments by different proportion of sandstone and red mud, as well as the physical properties comparison between the sandstone and iron ore, the best solution was identified that sandstone instead of iron ore mixed with red mud in the case of stable ingredients. After the implementation of the program, the production costs and quality effect by material feeding off reduced, the 1K20 and other harmful ingredients from raw material ingredients effectively decreased, and the precalciner system crests reduced, which favored the clinker calcinations and clinker stability optimization.
