摘要
在对甲酚生产过程中会产生大量废渣,废渣的主要成分为混合酚,含酚量约为总渣量的20%~30%,难以进一步提取和有效利用,排放到大气中会造成严重的环境污染,危害生命健康。本文公开了一种有效利用废渣的方法,用它生产酚醛耐高温防腐漆,介绍了酚醛树脂及相应涂料制备工艺,详述了聚合反应原理和玻璃鳞片改性原理,研究了玻璃鳞片对涂层性能的影响,结果表明玻璃鳞片用量越高越有利于涂层耐热性提高;通过扫描电镜显示玻璃鳞片的微观形貌为片状,所制涂料涂层为较规则层叠结构,从而揭示了涂层具有优良的阻隔性、防腐性、耐热性的原因所在。
A large number of residue were generated in the production of p-cresol.The amount of various phenolic mixture in the waste residue was about 20~30% of the total amount of slag.It is difficult for them to be further extracted and used effectively. The serious environmental pollution will be caused and life be harmed when the waste is discharged into the natural environment. An effective use way of waste residue was disclosed in the paper, which was high temperature resistant phenolic anticorrosive paint was made by it.The production technologies of the phenolic resin and paint made by waste were introduced.The principles of polymerization and improving the performance using glass flake were described.The effects of glass flake to the coating properties were studied.Thermogravimetric analysis showed that the higher glass flake was advantageous to improve heat resistance.The SEM images showed that the microstructure of glass flake was thin sheets and the coating morphology was a comparative neat layered dense layer. It' s explained why the coating had an excellent barrier property,corrosion-resistance and heat resistance.
