地铁既有线路运营风险量化分级方法研究 被引量:8

摘要 为客观定量反映我国地铁既有线路运营系统的安全水平,在分析地铁历史运营数据的基础上,选取和安全运营相关的事故信息和设备故障信息,运用系统工程的方法,从地铁运营的安全性和可靠性角度出发,建立地铁既有线路的定量风险评估指标体系。根据风险理论,构建地铁既有线路运营风险量化分级模型。以某条地铁既有线路为例,对其运营风险进行量化评估分级。结果表明,应用该方法所得到的该线路的风险等级为3级,与线路实际安全现状相符。运营企业可据此制定相应的安全管理目标和策略,重点加强对乘客的宣传教育和车辆系统、通信系统等设备设施的检修维护工作。 In order to reflect safety levels of subway line operation system in China quantitatively, based on analysis of historical operating data, accident and failure information related to safe operation closely was selected. In view of subway operation safety and reliability, quantitative risk evaluation indicator system was established by using the system engineering method. According to the risk theory, a safety situ- ation quantitative classification model of subway system was built. Finally, a case study on a certain sub- way line was made using. The results show that the level of operation risk of the subway line is 3 and it is consistent to the actual situation, and that operating enterprise strengthening publicity, passengers educa- tion and maintenance of vehicle system and communication system should be the focal point of the operat- ing enterpriseg work.
