民机事故统计数据在飞行员差错因果分析中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 为了保障民航飞行安全,需要分析飞行中存在的不安全因素及事故的相关征兆。分析飞行事故和不安全问题的历史数据,提出主要飞行事故的相关征兆,将其作为飞行中所需测录的参数加以监控。基于大量实际测录数据,对相关事故征兆进行数据分析,评定民航飞行中的不安全因素和风险,确定民航飞行中的潜在风险、低风险和高风险等3类事件。飞行中监控测录参数,获得3类事件清单,有助于正确地判定其是否影响飞行安全及其风险程度。 It was held by the authors that in order to ensure flight dent-related symptoms in flight should be monitored and analyzed. safety, the unsafe factors and the acci- Through the analysis of historical data on flight accidents and incidents, main accident-related symptoms, and related flight parameters needing to be monitored were identified. And then, the accident-related symptoms in civil flight were analyzed based on the actual measured flight parameter data, unsafe factors and unsafe risk were evaluated, the potential risk, low risk, and high risk events in the civil flight were determined. Finally, it was pointed out that monitoring flight paraameters and drawing up a events list were helpful in judging whether a given event would affect flight safety and the level of risk.
