为了保障民航飞行安全,需要分析飞行中存在的不安全因素及事故的相关征兆。分析飞行事故和不安全问题的历史数据,提出主要飞行事故的相关征兆,将其作为飞行中所需测录的参数加以监控。基于大量实际测录数据,对相关事故征兆进行数据分析,评定民航飞行中的不安全因素和风险,确定民航飞行中的潜在风险、低风险和高风险等3类事件。飞行中监控测录参数,获得3类事件清单,有助于正确地判定其是否影响飞行安全及其风险程度。
