大型建筑施工企业职业健康管理状况调研

Investigation on Management of Occupational Health in Large-scaled Construction Enterprises

为了解施工企业职业健康的管理现状,推进管理体系的建立,采用问卷调研方式,从法律规范、企业制度以及项目风险层面,研究分析现阶段北京市大型施工企业的职业健康管理状况。结果表明,目前职业健康管理依附于安全管理,建筑业急需一个完善、明晰、针对性强的职业健康规范标准体系。企业在职业健康管理责任和各项基本制度的落实方面,存在明显的选择性。在项目风险层面上,企业愿意投入较大的成本,治理高风险或是有严格控制标准的危险源。

Based on the questionnaire survey, the present status of management of occupational health in Beijing＇s large-scaled construction enterprises was investigated, in aspects of the legal standards, enterprise systems and project risks, to find out the status quo and promote the establishment of management system. The result shows that the management of occupational health is attached to the safety management and there＇s a need for a complete, clear and pertinent standard system of occupational health, that there is an obvious selectivity for construction enterprises while carrying out the responsibility of management of occu- pational health and implementing the basic management systems, and that in the matter of project risks, enterprises would like to invest more capital to control the hazards which are of high risk or have strict dose standards.
