摘要
为有效地调配应急资源以保障事故后应急救援快速实施,减少人员伤亡和经济损失,以待救点的获救有效性最大化为目标,通过估算人员可延迟时间和群体救援时间的区间以及该区间的概率分布函数,建立多点救援资源配置优化模型。根据可延迟时间确定救援方案,通过可救援时间确定最优救援方案。算例结果表明:在最优分配方案下平均获救概率提高为80.44%。对信息不确定情况下的多点救援问题建立资源配置优化模型,能有效提高被困人员的获救概率。
In order to effectively deploy emergency resources under limited conditions, ensure the rapid implementation of accident emergency rescue and reduce casualties and economic losses, a multipoint emergency rescue resource allocation optimization model was built. Some rescue plans were worked out according the time, the trapped personnel can hold out. The optimal rescue plan was worked out according to the rescue time. Some examples were given. The results show that under the optimal allocation scheme, the average probability of relief of trapped personnel is about 80. 44%.
