TCF7L2基因多态性与2型糖尿病关系的研究进展
摘要
2型糖尿病是一种遗传与环境因素相互作用所致的疾病,具有明显的遗传倾向性。自2006年初Grant等发现转录因子7类似物2(TCF7L2)基因的多态性与T2DM显著相关以来,相关研究陆续在不同种族和人群中进行,阳性结果不断被证实。目前认为TCF7L2是迄今发现的与2型糖尿病发病关联最强的基因,近年来研究热点主要集中在rs7903146、rs12255372、rs11196205和rs11196218等位点。本文对该基因的研究现状及趋势进行综述。
