185例肺癌痰细胞病理学检查结果与分析

Results and Analysis of 185 Pulmonary Carcinoma Sputum Cytopathology

目的:探讨如何提高肺癌痰细胞病理学检查的阳性率。方法:对624例患者的痰液进行涂片、HE染色、固定,然后由2名以上经验丰富的病理医师结合患者的临床情况判定结果,并对结果进行分析。结果:624例患者痰液细胞病理学检查的总阳性率为29.65%,其中男性阳性率为30.39%,女性为26.32%,差异无统计学意义。男性以鳞癌为主,其次为腺癌和小细胞癌。女性以腺癌为主,其次为鳞癌和小细胞癌。结论:痰细胞病理学如果能控制好标本的留取质量和准确选择痰液不同部位均匀涂片,对提高肺癌阳性检出率能起到关键作用。

Objective： To approach how to boost the positive rate of pulmonary carcinoma sputum cytopathology in- spection. Methods：Smearing, HE-staining and f＇Lxing to 624 patients＇sputum, and more than pathology doctol~ judge the re- suits with patients＇clinical data, then analyze the results, l^esults ：The total positive rate of 642 sputum cytopathology inspec- tion is 29.65% ,the positive rate of men is 30.39% ,and women is 26.32% ,and no statistically significant differences. Men with squamous cell carcinoma is given priority to,followed by adenocavcinoma and small cell carcinoma. Women with adeno-carcinoma is given priority to,followed by ~uamous cell carcinoma and small cell carcinoma. Conclusion：If we can control the leave and take quality of sputum and choose the different sites to smear precisely of sputum cytopathology, it will tap its main effect to boost the positive rate of pulmonary carcinoma.
