论述了无障碍设计概念的形成及发展过程,分析探讨了无障碍设计在"住、行"方面的体现,从环境和公共建筑、居住建筑两方面阐述了无障碍设计的必要性,以完善城市功能,使人人都能享有平等的社会资源。

This paper discussed the formation and development of barrier-free design concept, analyzed the embody of barrier-free design in ＂housing, transportation＂, elaborated the necessity of barrier-free design from environment and public buildings, residential buildings two as- pects, in order to improve the city project, so that everyone could enjoy equal social resources.
