现场移动闪光焊采用火焰摆动方式进行加热正火,对正火过程中存在的问题进行了分析,提出只有制定合理的工地钢轨焊接的正火工艺,考虑钢轨的温度应力及正火的温度等因素,合理的安排施工工艺,同时提高正火人员的技术水平,才能使工地钢轨焊接接头的正火达到预期的效果。

The field mobile flash welding using flame swinging way made heat normalizing, this paper analyzed the existed problems in normali- zing process, put forward only formulated reasonable normalizing process of construction site steel rail welding, considered temperature stress of steel rail and normalizing temperature and other factors, at the same time improved the technical level of normalizing personnel, in order to make the normalizing of construction site steel rails welding joints achieved desired effect.
