通过建立健全质量管理的工作制度,对监理单位的质量管理及对施工单位的质量管理三个方面的探讨,提出了建设单位在施工阶段如何做好现场质量管理的措施,并在工程管理实践中取得了良好的效果。

Through the establishing and perfecting the working system of quality management, this paper discussed the quality management of su- pervision units and the quality management of construction unit three aspects, put forward the measures how to do well site quality management of construction unit in construction stage, and achieved good results in engineering management practice.
