Discussion on optimized construction management of building engineering

从工程的质量管理、进度管理、成本管理及现场安全文明施工管理四方面论述了施工管理的内容,通过分析施工管理中容易出现的问题,提出了优化施工质量管理和造价管理的措施,从而控制好工程的施工质量和项目成本。

The paper discusses construction management contents from four perspectives of engineering quality management, schedule manage- ment, cost management and field construction security management. Through analyzing problems easily occurring in construction management, it puts forward optimized construction quality management and cost management measures, so as to better control engineering construction quality and project cost.
