论述了现阶段建设行业建筑浪费的表现,通过对其产生原因的分析,提出了建筑浪费行为的对策,以促进资源综合利用,建设节约型社会,实现我国建设行业的可持续发展战略。

The paper discusses building waste phenomena in construction industry at present, analyzes its causes, and puts forward countermeas- ures of controlling building energy waste, with a view to guarantee comprehensive energy utilization, to building energy-saving society, and to re- alize sustainable development strategy of domestic construction industry.
