校企合作共建实验室的探讨

校企联合共建实验室是建立在双方需求互补基础上的全新办学形式。现阶段,校企共建实验室的运行模式主要包括援助式共建模式、项目依托模式、教学型共建模式,以及优势互补型共建模式。目前,高校实验室队伍建设滞后,教学、科研实验室实验资源不足,实验室管理职责不清。针对这些问题,校企合作共建实验室应加大政府支持力度,建立合理的组织机构和激励与协调机制,完善校企共建实验室的管理机制,搭建校企合作的网络信息平台,以保证校企合作顺利进行,保持长期的合作关系。

Co-constructed laboratory by school-enterprise cooperation is a new educational form based on the complementary needs of the two sides. The operational co-construction modes consist of supportive mode, project-based mode, teaching mode and complementary ad- vantages mode. Facing the problems in terms of backward construction team, lack of experimental resources in teaching and research labo- ratory, and unclear management responsibilities, schools and enterprises should request for more government support, establish a rational organization and incentives and coordination mechanisms, improve the management mechanism, and build network information platform in an effort to ensure smooth school-enterprise cooperation and maintain a long-term relationship.
