四虫消疹汤联合左西替利嗪治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效观察被引量：1

摘要目的观察四虫消疹汤联合左西替利嗪治疗慢性荨麻疹(CU)的临床疗效。方法将60例CU患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例。观察组用四虫消疹汤1剂/d,分2次口服,联合左西替利嗪1次/d,每次5mg口服;对照组单独用左西替利嗪片(用法同上)。2周为一疗程。结果对照组和治疗组总有效率分别为66.67%、90.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论四虫消疹汤联合左西替利嗪治疗CU疗效显著,未见明显不良反应。
