芬兰中小学教师教育硕士化制度探析被引量：9

摘要芬兰中小学教师硕士化制度的内容,包括适切的教师教育目标、严格的入学筛选机制、整合的课程内容规划、规范的教育实习制度等。借鉴芬兰中小学教师教育硕士化制度我国应提升中小学教师的学历层次、确立研究型教师的培养目标以及改革招生考试制度等。
