摘要
心理契约是分析组织——员工间雇佣关系的重要理论框架。心理契约本质是员工对其与组织间雇佣关系持有的认知图式。雇佣关系建立初期是员工心理契约形成的起始,在员工进入组织工作后逐步完善,在雇佣关系变化过程中心理契约呈现动态演化趋势。心理契约发展演变对组织管理有着多重启示。
Psychological contract is an important theoretical framework for analyzing employment relationship.The attribute of the psychological contract is employees' schema for the employment relationship shaped in the cognitive process.The establishing of employment relationship is the starting point of the construction of psychological contract,and with the ongoing the employment relationship,psychological contract will be dynamic.The nature of psychological contract has implications for managerial practice of the organizations.
