摘要
大型水电工程技术复杂、参建单位多、人员变动大,且面临着各种工程风险,因此,加强工程建设的组织与协调管理工作尤为重要。在大岗山水电站工程建设管理实践中,项目业主注重工程前期和施工期协调管理制度建设和工作机制创新,探索出了一套规范化的、行之有效的经验做法,较好地推动了工程建设各阶段目标的顺利实现,并且结合工程实际,提出了进一步完善协调控制管理的对策措施。
The large hydropower projects are characterized as complicated technology,lots of participated parties in the construction,significant personnel changes and confronting all kinds of engineering risks also.Therefore,strengthening the organization as well as coordination and management are extremely important.In the practice of construction and management of Dagangshan Hydropower Station,the owner of the project paid attention to the establishment of coordinated management system in the previous period and construction period and has explored a standardized and effective empirical method,so as to promote the realization of the goals in every stage of the construction.Combining with the engineering practice,we propose the countermeasures to perfect the coordinated management.
