加强并改进国有大型水电开发企业党的思想组织建设,对于推动工程建设顺利进行,党员干部队伍建设和企业经济发展,以及改善工程建设外部环境、创建优质工程,具有重要的现实意义和不可或缺的机制作用。通过介绍大岗山水电站工程建设中开展"大党建"与企地共建活动的情况,阐述了上述活动"二位一体、相互促进"的意义和作用、工作重点与基本做法,着重阐述了活动开展对于推进工程建设目标所取得的成效,以及进一步完善活动机制、实现长期和谐发展的启示。
