摘要
水电工程建设的物资供应种类繁多、数量巨大,为保证工程建设的顺利进行,参建各方对物资供应的时间、数量、质量等均有严格要求。大岗山水电工程的物资供应管理从物资计划管理开始就建立了严格的规章制度,物资材料从到货、领用直至核销各阶段均有章可循。对大岗山工程建设物资管理的工作经验进行了总结,侧重对业主单位内部物资供应部门与计划合同部门和工程建设部门三者之间的协调关系进行了分析。可供同类工程参考。
Due to large quantity and a variety of material supply in the hydropower project construction,the participating parties has strict requirements to the time,quantity,quality of material supply in order to ensure the smooth progress of the project construction.In the construction of Dagangshan hydropower project,the strict rules and regulations are formulated at the beginning of management of material plan,and the rules of material from arrival,requisition until the write-off of each stage are worked out.The managing experience of materials of Dagangshan hydropower project construction is summarized.We focus on the coordination among internal material supply department of the owner party,the department of planning and contract and the department of engineering construction.
