大型水电站设备种类多样、技术参数复杂,其设备运行的可靠性直接关系到电站的安全性与稳定性,因此,提高大型水电站设备的招标采购水平意义重大。介绍了大岗山水电站建设阶段设备招标管理模式及方法,如编制实施性强的招标计划,优化招标条件、加强招标人员培训等。阐述了大岗山水电站设备招标过程中所取得的成效,并对同类工程设备招标管理提出相应建议。其经验可供同类工程借鉴。

Dagangshan Hydropower Station is equipped with various mechanical and electrical equipment that are technically complicated,and the reliability of equipment is directly related with the safety and reliability of the plant operation,therefore improving the level of purchasing and bidding of equipment has a significant meanings.We present the bidding management modes and methods during the construction period of Dagangshan Hydropower Station,including compiling bidding plan with high operability,optimizing bidding qualification,strengthening training of bidding staff.Moreover,we introduce the efforts obtained in the equipment biding process and propose some suggestions to the bidding management of similar projects.
