摘要
基于资源观的理论,界定企业持续竞争优势的内涵,从组织学习的视角对信息技术能力形成过程进行研究,归纳出信息技术资源、个体的业务能力、人际间的组织能力以及关联资源的搭建能力这四项构成信息技术能力的要素。通过研究这些构成要素对企业形成并保持持续竞争优势的影响,构建信息技术能力与企业持续竞争优势的关系模型,探讨了信息技术能力对企业持续竞争优势的作用机制。
Based on RBV theory and the definition of the connotations of enterprise sustainable competitive advantage, a study on the formation process of information technology capability has been taken from an organizational learning perspective to induce four elements that constitute information technology capabilities, i.e. the information technology resources, individual professional qualification, the Inter-person organizational skills and the related resources for capacity building. By examination on the impact of these elements to the enterprise formation and sustainable competitive advantage and the relational model between IT building capacity and sustainable competitive advantage , it explores the mechanism in which the IT capacity acts the sustainable competitive advantage.
