摘要
利用挠曲微分方程对伸缩臂的稳定性进行分析,给出了油缸在不同支承方式下伸缩臂临界载荷的解析表达式,并与结果进行比较。表明考虑油缸影响之后,伸缩臂的欧拉临界力增大了,吊臂稳定时的承载能力提高了;油缸支承在不同位置,失稳特征方程也不一样,在油缸不先行失稳的前提下,伸缩吊臂的承载力主要取决于吊臂的截面惯性矩及支承形式,与油缸的惯性矩无关;油缸支承位置越靠上,伸缩臂的抗失稳能力越强。
The stability of the telescope arm is analyzed by. utilization of deflection differential equation to give out the analytical expression on the critical load of the telescope arm under varied support patterns with a comparison of the results. The results prove that: Euler critical force on the telescope arm increases when taking into account the impact of the cylinder while the carrying capacity is improved as the crane is stable; The instability characteristic equation is not same as the cylinder supports at a different position, Under the precondition that the hydro-cylinder does not loose its stability in advance, the bearing capacity of the telescope arm depends mainly on the sectionJs moment of inertia and the support pattern, it has nothing to do with the cylinderJs moment of inertia ;The telescope arm has stronger anti-instability efficiency with higher supporting position of the cylinder.
