摘要
年轻干部成长科学化是我们党长久以来持续进行的探索,它是以决定、影响、制约年轻干部健康成长的一系列规律性要素作支撑的。推进年轻干部成长科学化,有两项支柱性工作必须抓紧抓好。一是要将年轻干部的储备、培养、选拔、锻炼、教育、监管等诸多环节连贯起来,建构一个科学完整的工作链条。二是要着力从建立健全党管年轻干部制度、后备干部制度、干部职务任期制与弹劾罢免制度、年轻干部初始提名制度等方面,推进与年轻干部成长科学化相衔接的制度建设。
The Party has conducted long-term studies on fostering young officials in a scientific way. A series of elements have been taken into consideration to push forward the health maturity of young officials. There are two pillar tasks: One is to construct an integral system on the reserve, training, selection, education and supervision of young officials. The other is to set up and perfect corresponding systems concerning the selection and appointment of young officials under the leadership of the Party.
