Distribution in Accordance with Essential Factors of Production on the Condition of Market-oriented Economy

党的十五大确立了以按劳分配为主体、多种分配方式并存 ,把按劳分配和按生产要素分配结合起来的分配制度 ,是我国分配模式的重大突破 ,也是社会主义分配理论的重大发展。按生产要素分配作为特定的社会生产关系的重要组成部分 ,对推动我国社会经济的发展 ,具有特别重要的意义。本文主要论述按生产要素分配的客观必然性、依据及现实意义。

The 15th Congress of the Party established the distribution system such as majoring in distribution according to work, side by side existence of various ways of distribution, combining distribution according to work with distribution according to essential factors of production. It's an important breakthrough as well as a great development of socialist theory of distribution. This paper researches into the objective necessity, foundation and practical significance of distribution according to the essential factors of production.
