素质教育与高校创新人才的培养

Quality Education and the training of creative personnel

现代高等教育肩负着培养高层次人才的重任 ,面对世界新技术革命的挑战和国际间激烈的竞争 ,高等教育必须转变教育观念 ,重视大学生的素质教育 ,重构人才培养模式 ,培养“知识——能力——素质型”创新人才。为此 ,笔者就高等教育改革过程中 ,如何找准素质教育和创新人才的切入点 ,从而强化大学生的综合素质和能力的培养 ,以增强其灵活性和适应社会的能力。

Modern higher education shoulders the responsibility of training qualified personnel of higher level. Views on education should be converted in higher education to meet the challenge of new technical revolution and heated international competition. Quality education should be stressed. New patterns for training personnel should be reconstructed. Traditional idea of ‘training special personnel' should be changed into ‘all-round education'. Traditional ‘personnel of knowledge' should be changed into ‘personnel of knowledge-ability-quality'. The author puts forward his ideas on how to find out the point of tangency of quality education and pioneering personnel in the reform of higher education and then how to strengthen the development of university students' comprehensive quality and ability so as to improve their flexibility and ability to adapt themselves to society.
