摘要
The 18th CPC National Congress reaffirmed China＇s ambition to build a ＂well-off society＂ in an all-round manner by 2020. A ＂well-off society＂ as it is currently defined, is a society that prizes economic growth as well as social equality and environmental protection. Achievement of this ＂China dream＂ requires concurrent advancement of industrialization, information and communications technology （ICT） application, urbanization and agricultural modernization.
