摘要
炼钢脱氧和夹杂物的数量及形态分布是生产洁净钢的关键,本文对炼钢脱氧工艺、夹杂物的来源进行了分析,并对炼钢各工序夹杂物的控制提出了合理的建议。通过各工序的控制,攀钢高碳钢的全氧可降低到10 ppm,低碳钢的全氧可降低到40 ppm以下,大大降低了铸坯夹杂物的数量。
The steelmaking deoxidizing, the number and shap distribution of inclusions are the key of clean steelmaking. This paper analysed the deoxidizing technique and sources of inclusions, and proposed the reasonable advice for controlling inclusions in different steelmaking processes. By controlling different processes, the total oxygen content of high-carbon steel reduced to 10 ppm, low-carbon steel reduced to 40 ppm, and the number of inclusions in slab decreased greatly
