干法除尘在攀钢西昌基地200t转炉上的成功应用

SUCCESSFUL APPLICATION OF THE LT DRY-TYPE DEDUSTING TECHOLOGY IN 200T CONVERTER OF PANGANG GROUP XICHANG BASE

攀钢西昌基地转炉一次除尘在借鉴攀枝花本部转炉一次除尘采用传统OG法、新型OG法的经验基础上引进了LT干法除尘技术,该除尘系统主要由蒸发冷却器、静电除尘器和煤气冷却器等组成。一年来攀钢西昌基地转炉干法除尘系统运行稳定、阻损小、费用低、净化效率高(烟气含尘量小于10 mg/Nm3),与湿法除尘系统相比取得了更好的经济效益和环境效益。

The LT dry-type dedusting technology is introduced and applied into 200 T converter in Pansteel xichang base. The method is based on the experiences of the traditional OG method and the new OG method that are applied to converter in panzhihua base. The dry-type dedusting system is mainly composed of evaporative cooler, electrostatic precipitator, gas cooler and so on. The LT dry-type dedust- ing system has characteristics of stable operation, small resistance loss,low cost, high purification efficiency （flue gas dust load is less than 10 mg/Nm^3） ,and achieves more economic benefits and environmental benefits in Pansteel company xichang base a year before, compared to OG wet process.
