摘要
主要针对攀钢西昌钢钒煤化工厂6.25 m捣固焦炉SCP机成功使用经验,阐述了影响单炉操作时间的主要因素,并对部分结构及控制进行优化改进进行了分析,总结,从而实现6.25 m捣固焦炉单炉操作时间小于12 min的目标。
This article is mainly based on the successful operation experience of 6. 25 m stamping battery SCP machine in factory, expounding the main factor of affecting the cycle time of single oven, analyzing and summing up the optimization, improvement of structure and control, thereby finalizing 6. 25 m stamping battery cycle time of single oven within 12 minutes.
