摘要
攀钢西昌钢钒公司煤化工厂煤气脱硫技术采用真空碳酸盐工艺,本文分别对吸收和解吸单元的工艺控制要点及原理进行了阐述,并针对开工投产以来,碰到的KOH耗量大、堵塞严重等生产实际问题,进行了原因分析,有针对性地制定了操作、工艺优化措施,提高了脱硫效率。
Coke oven gas desulfurization technology using the Vacuum Carbonate process in Coal chemical plant of The Xichang Steel and Vanadium Corporation of Pangang. The control points and the principle of the process for absorption and desorption unit is described in this article. Analyzed the reasons for the production practical problems since start-up, such as consumption of KOH, serious blockage, And developed the targeted measures for operation and process optimization to improve the efficiency of desulfurization.
