摘要
文化是软实力的核心组成部分,已成为大国间开展综合国力竞争的重要因素。作为一个拥有五千年历史的文明古国,中国虽拥有丰厚的历史文化资源,但中国文化的影响力与中国与日俱增的政治、经济地位相比并不相称,中国的文化软实力还亟待加强。特别是针对阿拉伯国家,由于传播文化的平台和核心文化产品数量少,加之文化产品的供给与阿拉伯受众的需求存在差异,中国文化还没有在阿拉伯国家形成足够的影响力。对此,中国应加快文化体制机制改革创新,推动文化产业做大做强,在大力传播传统文化的同时,更加注重对现当代文化的整理和弘扬,着力加强对阿拉伯受众的研究,促进需求与供给的对接。
As a key element of a nation's soft power,culture has become an essential factor in the Comprehensive National Power contest.China,a nation rich in historical and cultural resources with a civilization of 5 000 years,has a cultural influence that pales in importance compared to its ever-growing political and economical powers.China's cultural soft power,therefore,is in great need of enhancement.The case is especially true with China's soft-power construction in the Arab States-for the lack of appropriate platforms and high-quality cultural products that meet the needs of the Arab audience,China is still on its way to building a proper cultural influence in this region.To achieve this,efforts should be taken to accelerate domestic cultural institutional reforms and innovations,impelling cultural industries towards larger scales and higher levels.Equally important are the organization and promotion of modern and contemporary culture;and a profound understanding of the Arab audience will help matching the cultural products provided with their needs and expectations.
