摘要
蔬菜是人们日常生活中的必需品,蔬菜品质的优劣直影响人们的健康水平。重金属砷(As)由于其砷化物具有高毒性,可引起各种癌症和病变而受到广泛的关注。本论文通过分析拉萨市区典型蔬菜基地44个蔬菜样品中As含量水平,评价了拉萨市区大棚蔬菜As污染现状,分析了可能产生的污染源,提出了相应的污染控制措施。为相关管理部门和广大蔬菜消费者提供参考。
Vegetable is essential to people's dailylife, whether vegetables are polluted or not directly affects human health. This paper measured the Arsenic concentration of 44 samples collected from four large vegetable bases in urban area of Lhasa, and then compared the result with the limit content of Arsenic in national food hygiene standard. Based on the data, we evaluated the arsenic pollution situation of greenhouse vegetable in urban area of Lhasa, analyzed the possible pollution sources and proposed some countermeasures for pollution control. This research can provide a references for public and management unit.
