Research Progress of Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome Virus

猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus,PRRSV)是严重威胁养猪业发展的一种烈性病原。从介绍其分类、形态特征、起源及培养特性等病原学研究出发,分析了其分子生物学研究,并阐述了其分子生物学诊断方法,包括反转录聚合酶链式反应(RT-PCR)及核酸探针杂交技术等,为有效控制该病的发生提供了理论依据。

Porcine reproductive and res- piratory syndrome virus was one of po- tent pathogens which serious threat to the development of the pig industry.Starting from introducing the etiological research- es, including classification,morphologi- cal characteristics, origin, culture charac- teristics, the molecular biology research- es of porcine reproductive and respirato- ry syndrome virus were analyzed.And the molecular biology diagnostic methods were elaborated from following aspects, including RT-PCR and nucleic acid probe hybridization method.The results provided a theoretical basis for the effec- tive control of the occurrence of poreine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus disease.
