试论体育锻炼对大学生心理健康的促进作用

摘要 近年来,大学生心理健康教育越来越受人关注。国内外学者探究发现,体育锻炼不仅有助于大学生健强体魄,同时还有助于大学生智力的发展以及良好品质的形成,改善人际关系,增强自信心,进一步促进大学生心理健康发展。本文将从体育锻炼对大学生心理健康的影响,大学生心理现状、心理问题产生原因分析,以及如何依靠体育锻炼解决这些问题等方面展开详细论述。 In recent years, college students' psychological health education is getting more and more atten-tion to by the people. Domestic and international scholar considers discovering, physical exercise not only helps the students health strong physique, but also help students' intelligence development and the formation of good quality, improve relationships, enhance self - confidence, to further promote the development of Col- lege Students' psychological health. This paper will be of physical exercise on mental health of college students, psychological status, psychological problems analysis of the reasons, as well as how to rely on physical exercise to solve these problems and other aspects described in detail.
