关于高职院校学生顶岗实习问题的探究

项岗实习是高等职业教育实践性教学体系的重要组成部分，也是培养高技能人才的重要途径。但是在顶岗实习中依然存在很多问题。本文在分析学生顶岗实习中存在的问题的基础上，就如何解决问题提出了几点看法。

Students＇ internship is important components of practical teaching system in higher vocational ed-ucation, is also an important way to cultivate talents with high skills, but internship still exists problems to be resolved. This article based on existing problems in students＇ internship, made several points on how to resolve these problems.
