祛风止痒片联合自血疗法治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Qufeng Zhiyang Tables Combined with Self Blood Therapy to Treat the Patients of Chronic Urticaria

目的:探讨祛风止痒片联合自血疗法治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法:将我院2009年2月到2011年8月收治的慢性荨麻疹患者100例随机分为对照组与治疗组,对照组服用盐酸左西替利嗪,进行常规综合治疗;治疗组采用祛风止痒片联合自血疗法进行对症治疗。观察比较两组患者的瘙痒、风团等慢性荨麻疹症状及临床疗效;并测定比较血清总IgE的变化情况。结果:治疗后,治疗组患者总有效率为84%;对照组患者总有效率为58%,治疗组的总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组患者的瘙痒、风团等慢性荨麻疹症状疗效均明显优于对照组患者(P<0.05);复发率为24%明显小于对照组患者(42%);两组差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组与观察组患者的血清总IgE均比治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),但两组之间没有显著差异,说明在改善慢性荨麻疹患者的血清总IgE的疗效方面一致。结论:祛风止痒片联合自血疗法治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效肯定,有效阻止病情进展及控制复发率,值得临床进一步推广用。

Objective： To investigate the chronic urticaria clinical curative effect of Qufeng Zhiyang tablet combined with self blood therapy in the treatment.Methods： 100 cases of chronic urticaria patients in our hospital from 2009 February to 2011 August were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,the control group was taken cetirizine hydrochloride tablets,routine comprehensive treatment;the treatment group was taken Qufeng Zhiyang tablet combined with self blood therapy for symptomatic treatment.The two groups were detected and compared in patients with pruritus,urticaria,chronic urticaria and clinical efficacy;and determination of total serum IgE change.Results： After treatment,the total effect in the treatment group was 84 %,while that of the control group was 58 %,the total effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P0.05）;The efficacy of patients with pruritus,urticaria,chronic urticaria in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group（P0.05）,the recurrence rate of the treatment group was 24 %;significantly smaller than that of the control group（42 %）;The differences between the two groups were statistically significant（P0.05）;And the total serum IgE in the observation group were obviously better than before treatment（P0.05）,but the improving efficacy of the two groups had no significant difference.Conclusion： The clinical curative effect of Qufeng Zhiyang tablet combined with self blood therapy in the treatment of chronic urticaria was confirmed.It prevented disease progression and controlled the rate of relapse,and deserved further clinical application.
