脑卒中患者恢复期生活质量及其影响因素研究

Reaserch on the influencing factors of the quality of life among stroke patients in the phase of rehabilitation

目的了解脑卒中患者恢复期生活质量及其影响因素,为实施干预提供参考。方法采用脑卒中影响量表对164例首次发病的脑卒中恢复期患者进行调查,并分析其影响因素。结果脑卒中患者恢复期生活质量总分为(184.13±27.08)分,患者的年龄、脑卒中类型、并发症、康复训练为恢复期生活质量的主要影响因素。结论社区家庭应给予年龄较大脑卒中患者以更多的关注,并积极加强康复训练与护理,减少并发症的发生,同时应加快社区康复的建设并提高其服务能力,充分发挥家庭成员的积极性,促使社区、家庭成员共同参与到脑卒中患者的康复训练过程中。

Objective To understand the influencing factors of the quality of llfe among stroke patients in the phase of rehabilitation, to provide reference for intervention. Method A total of 164 acute stroke patients were investigated by Stroke Impact Scale （SIS）. The influencing factors were analyzed. Results The total score of SIS of stroke patients in the phase of rehabilitation was （ 184.13 ± 27.08 ）. Age, type of stroke, complication and rehabilitation training were the main influencing factors of stroke patients＇ quality of life. Conclusion In the phase of rehabilitation, community and family should keep more attention to the older patients, actively strengthen the rehabilitation training and nursing, and decrease the complications incidence. Meanwhile, the construction of community rehabilitation and service capacity should be strengthened. We should promote community, family members to participate in the rehabilitation training of stroke patients.
