The artieal summarized the current development of neonatal specialized nurses at home and abroad. According to the current management and training of neonatal specialized nurses,it is recommended that China should establish a series of standardized and unified training and management systems, to en- hance the utilization of neonatal specialized nurses, so as to promote the better comprehensive development of neonatal specialized nurses in China.
