护理质量综合评价校正系数在临床护理质量综合评价中的应用

Application of correction coefficient of nursing quality comprehensive evaluation in clinical nursing quality comprehensive evaluation

目的改进护理质量评价方法,使护理质量综合评价结果更合理,为护理管理者提供科学的管理导向。方法对15个临床科室依据护理质量综合评价校正系数的项目计算校正系数,对常规护理质量检查结果进行校正。结果校正系数能科学合理体现科室护理工作负荷、人力资源配置和风险压力,指导科室根据负荷量合理配置护理人员,校正后结果在各科室间更具可比性。结论护理质量的评价过程是质量管理的关键环节,科学设定和应用护理质量综合评价校正系数是有效反馈、保证评价效果的良好途径。

Objective To improve the evaluation methods of nursing quality, so as to make the comprehensive evaluation of nursing quality more reasonable and to provide scientific management guidance for nursing managers. Methods Fifteen clinical departments were selected by random sampling. The correction coefficient was calculated according to the comprehensive evaluation program, and inspection results of nursing quality were corrected. Results The nursing workloads, human resources allocation and risk pressures were reasonable reglected. The nursing staffs of department was guided by the correction coefficient ac- cording to working workloads. The corrected results of all departments were more comparable. Conclusion The evaluation process of nursing quality is the vital point of quality management, a scientific and reasonable evaluation system is the prerequisite for effective management. Scientific setting and application of correction coefficient in comprehensive evaluation of nursing quality is a good way of effective feedbacks and ensurance of evaluation effects.
