摘要
目的探讨全程系统化健康教育模式在大肠癌化疗患者中的应用效果。方法将102例大肠癌患者分为干预组(50例)和对照组(52例),对照组患者采用常规健康教育摸式,干预组采用全程系统化健康教育模式进行健康教育。结果干预组患者的健康知识知晓率和对护理服务的满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论全程系统化健康教育的实施促进了大肠癌化疗患者对健康知识的掌握,提高了患者对护理服务的满意度,从而进一步提高护理质量。
Objective To explore the effects of whole process systematic health education for colon cancer patients receiving chemotherapy. Methods Totally 102 colon cancer patients were divided into intervention group (n = 50) and control group (n = 52). The control group received conventional health education, and the intervention group received the whole process systematic health education. Result The awareness rate of health knowledge and the satisfaction on nursing services of patients were higher than those in the control group ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The whole process systematic health education not only can improve the mastering of health knowledge, but also can increase patient satisfaction of nursing services, so as to improve the quality of nursing.
