摘要
高职拔尖创新人才跟本科院校毕业生就专业知识深度比较,存在一定的就业劣势。为此,采用适合高职拔尖创新人才需求的职前培训内容非常重要。高职毕业生职前培训要在职业定位、求职能力、职业形象、职业态度和职场体验等方面明确需求导向,构建培训体系,科学合理培训,才能达到培训的目的。
Compared with those in universities and colleges for undergraduates, top innovation talents in higher vocational colleges have some disadvantages in the aspect of professional knowledge. Therefore it is essential to make proper pre-job training content design in higher vocational colleges. Pre-job training for graduates of higher vocational colleges should declare its demand orientation in professional position, job - hunting ability, professional image, occupational attitude, work experience and so on. Only by constructing training system and conducting scientific and rational training can this training purpose be achieved.
