以内关为主穴针刺治疗缺血性中风机制研究

Review researches on the mechanism of acupuncture Neiguan （ PC6 ） in treatment of cerebral ischemia

内关穴作为针刺治疗中风常用穴，临床上得到了广泛的肯定。通过对近年以内关穴为主穴针刺缺血性中风作用机制的研究，从形态学改变、神经元损伤的级联反应、血液成分改变、抑制细胞凋亡、促进神经元重塑等方面进行总结，得出针刺内关穴具有提高脑血流量，增加神经功能评分，减少梗死面积，有效的抑制神经元的凋亡，促进神经功能的重建等作用，进一步阐明了内关穴在治疗缺血性中风中的机制。

Neiguan （PC6）, as a common point of acupuncture treatment in stroke, has been widely affirmed in clinic. We reviewed the researches which explain the mechanism of treatment in acupuncture the main point Neiguan（PC6） on the cerebral isehemia. By reviewed the recent researches that explain the mechanism of treatment in acupuncture the main point Neiguan（PC6） on the cerebral isehemia, we obtain a result which acupuncture Neiguan（PC6） could enhance the cerebral blood flow, reduce brain infarction area, inhibit cerebral nerve cell necrosis and reconstruct neurological function. Therefore, the conclusion also could clarify the mechanism of Neiguan（PC6） in the treatment of cerebral isehemia.
