Research progress of neural stem cells and ischemia stroke

脑缺血后引起神经元坏死，神经功能缺失，因而促进神经损伤修复是脑缺血研究重点。近年研究表明，成年哺乳动物中枢神经系统存在神经干细胞，缺血可诱导脑缺血模型神经干细胞增殖、迁移并分化为神经元和神经胶质细胞，外源性神经干细胞移植也显示出对卒中模型的潜在治疗作用。综述神经干细胞和缺血性脑卒中相关研究进展。

Cerebral ischemia causes neuronal death and neurological deficit, so promoting nerve repair is the research focus. Recent studies have shown that adult mammalian central nervous system exists neural stem cells, and ischemia can induce cerebral ischemia models＂ neural stem cells proliferation, migration and differentiation into neurons and glial cells. Exogenous neural stem cell transplantation also have potential therapeutic effect. Summary the study progress of neural stern cells and ischemia stroke.
