综合疗法辨证治疗椎动脉型颈椎病50例

Treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral ratery type with comprehensive therapy： 50 CasesReport

目的观察针刺配合推拿手法及中药辨证治疗椎动脉型颈椎病患者50例临床疗效。方法选取50例椎动脉型颈椎病患者，应用中医综合疗法进行治疗。治疗1个疗程后，观察治疗后有效率，并运用《颈性眩晕症状与功能评估量表》进行治疗前及治疗后症状和体征评分。采用配对f检验比较患者治疗前后症状和体征的评分差异。结果痊愈4例（8％），显效16例（32％），有效25例（50％），无效5例（10％），总有效45例（90％）。患者治疗前后症状和体征评分比较，差异均有统计学意义[（3．42±0．35）VS（0．77±0．35），t=37．857，P〈0．01；（3．54±0．44）vs（0．79±0．29），t=36．900，P〈0．01；（3．26±0．19）vs1．03±0．23），t=52．856，P〈0．01；（3．12±0．32）话0．96±0．24），t=39．421，P〈0．01；（3．15±0．68）vs（1．29±0．45），f=16．129，P〈0．01]。结论针刺配合推拿手法及中药辨证治疗椎动脉型颈椎病具有良好的临床疗效。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicines and massage for 50 patients with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type （CSA）. Methods This compre- hensive therapy for 50 painents with CSA continued twenty days.Then we compared the rate of efficiency and in the hght of the evaluation scale of the symptoms and functions of patients of cervical vertigo. The matching t-test comparison before and after treatment in patients with symptoms and signs of the score difference. Results Totally 4 cases （8%） cured, 16 cases （32%） markedly effective, 25 cases （50%） effective, 5 cases （10%） ineffective and the totally effective rate of was 90%. Before and after treatment in patients with symptoms and signs score comparison, the differences were statistically significant [（ 3.42±0.35 ）vs（0.77±0.35 ）, t=37.857, P〈0.01 ; （3.54±0.44）vs（0.79±0.29）, t=36.900,P〈0.01 ; （3.26±0.19）vs （ 1.03±0.23 ）, t=52.856,P〈0.01 ; （ 3.12 ±0.32 ） vs （ 0.96±0.24 ）, t=39.421, P〈0.01 ; （ 3.15±0.68 ） v~ （ 1.29 ±0.45 ）, t= 16.129, P〈0.01 ]. Conclusion This comprehensive therapy has the obvious clinical therapeutic efficacy for patients with CSA.
